Owner and producers will be allowed to remove 2021 crops, if any. Broker must fill out a Broker Participation Form located in Documents. Selling firm will receive 30% of Soldasap's NET commission. Neither Sellers nor Auctioneer will pay commissions on any property to any broker participating in the purchase of a property. Brokers may not represent themselves or any immediate family members (i.e. Spouse, siblings, parents, etc.). In addition, brokers may not be a party to any entity such as a corporation, business or trust purchasing a property. Agents or Brokers who represent prospects, who have had prior contact with the seller or the auction company are not eligible. If the Client has been in contact with a representative of SOLDasap, LLC in regards to this Auction, is a part of our Customer Mailing list, or received a brochure from SOLDasap, LLC; the Broker/Agent will not be eligible for commission. Also, Adjoining landowners cannot be represented.
